We collect user information necessary to provide safe mobility services, including mobile phone numbers for OTP authentication, GPS telemetry during active trips, and driver KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, Driving License, RC) required under Indian transport regulations.
2. Phone Number Masking & VoIP Privacy
Ridonova enforces strict number-masking protocols. Riders and drivers never see each other's actual personal phone numbers during in-app phone calls or messaging.
3. GPS Location Data
Precise location data is captured only when the application is actively running in foreground or background during a scheduled ride, driver online shift, or emergency SOS incident.
4. Data Security & Storage
All personal and payment information is encrypted in transit and at rest adhering to ISO 27001 standards and Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act requirements.
