Fair & Regulated Mobility
1. Platform Overview
Ridonova India operates as a digital technology aggregator connecting passengers seeking on-demand mobility services with independent commercial driver-partners for two-wheelers (Bike Taxi), three-wheelers (Auto Rickshaw), and four-wheelers (City Cabs).
2. Dual-Role Architecture & User Accounts
Users registering on the unified Ridonova application agree to provide accurate KYC documentation. Driver capabilities are unlocked solely after verification of valid commercial licenses, vehicle registration certificates (RC), and background clearances.
3. Number-Plate & Safety Verification
Passengers must verify that the physical registration plate of the arriving vehicle corresponds with the plate displayed on the application. Rides may not commence without validating the mandatory trip-start OTP.
4. Fares, Payments & GST Compliance
All fares quoted on the platform include statutory GST under SAC Code 9964. Digital tax invoices are generated automatically upon ride completion. Cancellation fees apply beyond the 2-minute free cancellation window to compensate drivers.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
